For the standard live-stream package, Mark normally arrives at least 90 minutes before the service to position the camera, set the sound and test the available internet connections. Parking, unloading access and any venue restrictions should be confirmed in advance.

How early is access required?
Access is normally required around 90 minutes before the service. This allows enough time to set up without rushing, test the internet connection and deal with any unexpected venue or access issues. Two-camera setups particularly need the full setup time, and late access could delay the start of the live stream.
