Send the date, start time, full venue details and the running order, together with any procession, burial, second location, military honours or access restrictions. For a standard service, arrival is at least 90 minutes before the ceremony. Larger formal services, secure military sites or multi-location coverage may require considerably longer so cameras, sound, access and internet connections can be tested before guests arrive.

Military sites, remote burial grounds and large stone buildings can still present difficult conditions, so live streaming cannot be guaranteed at every location. The ceremony is recorded locally in full and can be uploaded later if the live connection is not usable.
How early is access required?
Access is normally required around 90 minutes before the service. This allows enough time to set up without rushing, test the internet connection and deal with any unexpected venue or access issues. Two-camera setups particularly need the full setup time, and late access could delay the start of the live stream.
