Booking Is Easy
Booking is straightforward.
Once your date is confirmed, an invoice is sent with all the details. Payment can be made by BACS or cheque to reserve the booking. As soon as payment is received, the broadcast is scheduled and a shareable viewing link is issued. You’re welcome to send a custom image or order of service to display on the stream page.

Payments are made securely to MJ Films (UK-registered sole trader).
Mark works directly with funeral directors and families, taking on only one service per day for full focus and flexibility. When you book, you deal with the same person throughout — the person who will be on site on the day.
There’s no need to meet at the venue beforehand. Mark simply needs access around 90 minutes before the service to set up and test the connection.

You can get in touch at any time, but we’re usually easiest to reach between:
9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Monday – Friday
Mark will aim to respond as quickly as possible, including on weekends and public holidays.
Will you hold my date until I decide?
Unfortunately, dates are first-come, first-served. Mark cannot hold a date, as he often receives multiple enquiries for the same day. If he is already booked, he can refer you to trusted associates who can provide the same level of service.
How do I access the stream?
Once the stream is set up, Mark will provide a secure link and any instructions needed for family and friends to watch.
