Booking Is Easy
Booking is straightforward
Once your date is confirmed, we send an invoice. Payment reserves the booking; once received, we schedule the broadcast and send your viewing link. You can also send an image or order of service for the stream page.
MJ Films
Payments are made to MJ Films, a UK sole trader. Mark handles your booking and the service personally, and normally accepts only one funeral per day.
No venue meeting is normally needed. Access around 90 minutes before the service gives us time to set up and test connections.
Funeral Directors
We work discreetly with funeral directors across the UK and can provide a viewing page at no extra charge.

Can you guarantee stable connection?
No live internet connection can be guaranteed, but we reduce the risk by combining O2, Vodafone, EE and Three, using venue Wi-Fi where suitable, and testing before the service.
If bandwidth is genuinely insufficient, the funeral is still recorded locally in full. The service itself is never dependent on the internet connection.
When is the best time to call you?

You can get in touch at any time, but we’re usually easiest to reach between:
9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Monday – Friday
Mark will aim to respond as quickly as possible, including on weekends and public holidays.
Will you hold my date until I decide?
Unfortunately, dates are first-come, first-served. Mark cannot hold a date, as he often receives multiple enquiries for the same day. If he is already booked, he can refer you to trusted associates who can provide the same level of service.
Why do you require payment before the funeral?
Payment confirms the booking and takes the date out of our diary. Once booked, we turn other work away — on one occasion that included a job involving a well-known Hollywood actor.
A live stream also needs preparation before the day: equipment is allocated, travel is planned and the broadcast is prepared. We cannot put that work in and risk a last-minute cancellation without payment.
Chasing unpaid invoices through small claims can take months, so advance payment is a firm booking condition. If you would rather not pay us directly in advance, your funeral director can book us on your behalf and you can settle with them instead.
How do I access the stream?
Once the stream is set up, Mark will provide a secure link and any instructions needed for family and friends to watch.
