A single, discreet camera positioned at the rear of the venue, adjusting between a wider view when guests are standing and a closer view once everyone is seated.
- In built-up areas with good mobile signal, we combine multiple mobile networks into one stable connection. This usually means up to five bonded connections working together, which helps keep the live stream smooth and reliable.
-
The service is recorded locally as a backup, ensuring a complete copy even if the live signal is interrupted.
Enhanced Keepsake Recording Upgrade
Special Offer: £95
This upgrade adds a discreet 4K action camera, usually positioned at the back or corner of the church to capture the congregation and a wider establishing view of the venue, as well as the exterior of the building.
The final recording has the waiting time trimmed, gentle cuts between the main and additional angle, and balanced sound. It remains a true-to-life record of the service, but with clearer moments when the main view is blocked.
The finished file is uploaded the same day and stored in a Google Drive folder for four weeks.
A USB copy is available for £30 extra, including tracked postage.
Additional Camera Angle - £100
Add a second camera angle for live switching during the stream. This can be set at the front of the congregation, on a balcony, or elevated on a light stand to provide an alternative view.
More Info
A second angle enhances the coverage by offering a different perspective alongside the main camera. Common placements include:
• A forward-facing view at the front
• A balcony or raised position
• A high angle on a light stand
The stream operator switches between angles in real time, creating a smoother, more engaging viewing experience — particularly useful for readings, speakers, or capturing the congregation’s response.
This add-on keeps the coverage dynamic without interrupting the flow of the service.
Additional Angles
We can switch between up to four camera angles during the stream using our compact control setup. Typically, two is ideal: one camera positioned discreetly at the back for wide coverage, and a second at the front or side for closer moments — such as speakers, tributes, or musicians. This ensures we can maintain a clean broadcast view even if the main aisle is temporarily blocked by movement or mourners standing.

Camera Angles – £100 per additional camera
Add extra cameras for wider coverage. Each added angle (front-facing, side, balcony or elevated) gives more flexibility and smoother real-time switching, creating a fuller, more polished presentation.
Streaming The Burial Or Wake - £150
For services where the committal takes place at a separate location from the church or main venue, we offer additional coverage. This is available only with our single-camera package to allow proper time for packing down, re-parking, setting up again, and re-connecting — often done in challenging conditions and without assistance.
More Info
If there isn’t time allowed for the transition to the burial, and the streamer is forced to rush, the committal may not be captured. A short pause is essential to ensure a smooth and respectful continuation.
Available only if the funeral director provides:
• Someone to stay with the streamer/videographer from arrival at the cemetery until the stream ends — guiding them to the correct spot, ensuring they are in position before the coffin arrives, and providing umbrella cover in wet weather (as both hands are needed for the equipment).
• A brief pause if needed for setup or weather protection.
If these conditions aren’t in place, outdoor streaming won’t be possible.
Package Includes
Reliable mobile internet connections for uninterrupted streaming
One experienced videographer capturing your chosen coverage
Downloadable recording that mirrors the live event
Detailed viewer analytics available on request
Edited recording with additional angle and exterior shots – (optional add-on)
Frequently Asked Questions
Will you hold my date until I decide?
Unfortunately, dates are first-come, first-served. Mark cannot hold a date, as he often receives multiple enquiries for the same day. If he is already booked, he can refer you to trusted associates who can provide the same level of service.
Do you charge extra if the funeral is longer than an hour?
The stream will then be billed at £100 per hour.
Can you guarantee a live stream connection?
We do everything possible to ensure a reliable live stream. Our LiveU Solo device uses four bonded network SIM cards, plus it can connect to the venue’s Wi-Fi and one of our phone hotspots. Occasionally, the device needs to be positioned outside the church for the best signal. While connection failures are extremely rare, we can’t guarantee them 100%.
How do I access the stream?
Once the stream is set up, Mark will provide a secure link and any instructions needed for family and friends to watch.
Do I need to meet you there?
No. As long as there is access two weeks before the service, Mark is happy to set up quietly by himself.
How do I download the recording?
A link to the recording will be available on the broadcast page as soon as possible, usually the same day. If you prefer, we can email it to you privately instead.
What Our Families are Saying
Thank you for being incredibly compassionate and responsive throughout. We chose you because we valued the one-to-one service over the larger companies we spoke to, and we felt an immediate connection with you. You handled everything with care, made sure we understood the process, and put us at ease during a very difficult day.
Sarah J. – Bristol
The audio from your camera was far better than the sound we had in the venue. Every word came through clearly, and it really made the service feel personal and connected for those watching remotely.
David P. – Birmingham
We weren’t sure we needed a recording at first, but the keepsake you provided has become something we truly treasure. Being able to revisit the service brings comfort we didn’t expect.
Emily C. – Swindon
